MITECH MH210 is the enhanced version of MH200. In addition to capable of all functions of HL200, it is much better in measuring accuracy and stability of measured value. MH210 improves the hardness measure mechanism and circuit performance base on the Leeb hardness measure instruments. Through the creation of technique and over 72 hours aging treatment, it makes the product more accurate, stable and stronger. Chinese language thermal printer with portable autonomous power supplied and processing software connection to PC are two specialties of MH210. Convenient typing, working quiet and flexible operation satisfy various customers need. Can connect to computer and exchange data. Mass memory is provided. With low power designed and over 100 hours stand-by, it is supported by AA size battery that is convenient to carry and have a good performance in working field and outer operation.
FEATURES
·Fully closed metallic casing: compact, sturdy and reliable, capable of working proper in severe conditions with protection of shaking, impact and electromagnetic jamming;
·According to the measuring principle of Leeb hardness, it can detect various metallic materials. The detection range is wide and no shape limit to the target. 360 º measuring direction is supported. It assures that data is suitable and accurate under different fields and regulations with software calibration.
·Hardness test methods: Leeb (HL), Brinell (HB), Rockwell B (HRB), Rockwell C (HRC), Rockwell A (HRA), Vickers (HV), Shore (HS). Test methods can be shift before or after measuring.
·Excellent compatibility. 7 impact devices are no need to calibrate but automatic recognition. Other type of impact device and other type of support rings with reasonable price satisfy different customers and different fields.
·Large 128*84 LCD with Chinese display, supported by EL backlight. It is convenient to use in dark condition.
·Full Chinese language menu operation on panel. Circuit design shows humanity idea. Free shift between one-key material selection and hardness test methods make it easy to handle.
·With 232 Plug & Play Interface, PC processing software and mini hi-speed thermal printer in standard configuration. It is convenient to deal with data at
·Mass storage with max 500 groups(impact times 32~1) of hardness measuring data. Each group includes single measured value, average value, date, impact direction, frequency, materials, hardness test methods, etc. It can storage data in computer through software.
·Can pre-set upper limit and lower limit of hardness and alert when exceeding.
·Material “Steel” is supported. When testing “Steel” sample with D/DC type impact device, HB value can be read directly.
·Power saving by automatic dormancy and automatic shut off. Low power designed and supply by 2 AA size battery. It is more reliable and easy to r
